气垫床 A double air-cushion bed slag-cooler is a large amount of slag return type machine. In the casing which has hot air outlet is equipped with air-cushion beds and cooling and heating surface. The air-cushion bed comprises two air-cushion beds, which are divided by the middle division wall and are arranged side by side in the casing. Every air-cushion has independent air distributor, which consists of air distribution plate, air cushion furrow wall, air chamber and air inlet. The air distribution plate is a perforated plate on which is equipped with bell mouths. The long and narrow air-cushion furrow, which is formed by the air distribution plate, the air-cushion furrow wall and the two ends of the casing. One end of the air cushion furrow is equipped with an incident slag off notch, above which is equipped with a overflow slag off notch, and above the other end is equipped with slag filling mouth.
