多能干细胞

细胞多潜能干细胞(pluripotent stem cells)是指能够自我更新并具有分化成多种细胞潜能的细胞,它在细胞替代治疗、基因治疗、发育生物学等研究中具有独特的作用及优越性。

多能干细胞 ...植物多能干细胞发生的机理进行了比较，并提出了植物诱导多能干细胞“plant iPSC”的概念。多能干细胞（Pluripotent Stem Cells，PSC）是一类具有自我更新、自我复制能力的多潜能细胞，具有分化出成熟个体所有类型细胞乃至完整个体的潜能。

多功能干细胞多功能干细胞（pluripotent stem cells）： pluripotent 一字乃指具有能力的，但有部份限制，而非完全的。
