项目核准机关 Article 3 The development and reform commissions of this Municipality and the districts (counties) are the approval organs for the foreign-invested projects of this Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the “project approval organs”), and shall be responsible of approving foreign-invested projects in light of the power of approval as prescribed by the state and this Municipality.
