The Discipline Inspection Division: to be responsible mainly for the acceptance and processing of public complaint correspondence and delations, investigate and punish violations of CPC disciplinary and administrative regulations, law enforcement supervision, efficiency and capability supervision, inspect implementation of accountability system for the building of CPC party work style and clean government, and undertake other tasks assigned by the Office leaders. The Audit Division: to be responsible for the internal audits of the Patent Office and its directly affiliated institutions and social organizations, accountability audits of leading cadre in charge of financial affairs, conducting specific audits when necessary and undertaking other tasks assigned by the Office leaders.
