Disseminated tuberculosis (TB) 是一种严重的全身性结核病，它可以影响任何器官，包括肝脏、脑、脊椎、心脏和肾脏，其危害甚大。

Exudative tuberculosis is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection of the endometrium, while generalized tuberculosis is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis infection of any other organ.
