high-temper steel的用法详解

'

High-temperature steel is a steel alloy composed of iron, carbon and other elements. Generally speaking, the higher the temperature resistance of the steel, the higher the carbon content. High-temperature steel is mainly used in the production of boilers, pressure vessels and other components, which have good high-temperature properties.

High-temperature steel is generally divided into three kinds: ordinary high-temperature steel, heat-resistant steel and heat-resisting creep-resistant steel. The ordinary high-temperature steel is suitable for manufacturing boilers, pressure vessels and other components, but its high-temperature strength is lower than that of heat-resistant steel and heat-resisting creep-resistant steel. Heat-resistant steel is mainly used in the production of boilers, pressure vessels and high-temperature pipelines, and has good high-temperature physical and mechanical properties, but the corrosion resistance is slightly worse than that of ordinary high-temperature steel. Heat-resisting creep-resistant steel is the best among the three kinds of high-temperature steel, with both excellent high-temperature physical and mechanical properties and high corrosion resistance.

High-temperature steel has good strength and toughness at high temperatures, and has a certain oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, so it is widely used in petrochemical, power, boiler and other industries. In particular, creep-resistant steel is widely used in the manufacture of high-temperature nuclear power station components, such as steam turbines, pressure vessels, reactors and so on.
