要做点什么吗？

If they are all beginners it's usually not worth it, since you will need to spend too much time explaining to them what to do, how to do something, why the way they are doing it is bad, etc.

如果都是新手就不值得，因为你需要花大量时间解释要做什么，怎样做，为什么他现在的做法不好，等等。

That doesn’t mean you need to change things all the time, but sometimes we keep doing something a certain way just because that’s what we’re used to doing.
